Pleasant Valley is in northeast Longmont, located between Pace St, Highway 66, Alpine St, and the scenic Ute Creek Golf Course. Formed in 2001, our neighborhood features wide streets, gorgeous mountain views, and a friendly atmosphere.
The Pleasant Valley Homeowners Association is run by volunteer resident board members. We oversee the maintenance of common areas, and architectural reviews, to keep our neighborhood healthy, and happy.

Pleasant Valley HOA neighbors and friends are invited to the annual fall HOA picnic. The HOA is providing a free food truck and kids bounce house at Playground Park on the corner of Olympia Ave and Billings Lane. Feel free to bring games and festive attitudes.
